Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst – Application Management (M/F/X) for his client Safran Aero Boosters for a permanent position.

In the context of digitization and as a business analyst, your tasks are as follows:
- Analyze the business needs
- Ensure the implementation and documentation of requirements related to the development of IT applications
- Track requests for functional analysis
- Ensure that the developments correspond to the structured requirements of the company so that the systems can meet the business and evolving needs of the partners.
- Manage the communication of relevant information between the different process managers of the group
- Participate in quality control processes and delivery acceptance tests to ensure maximum compliance with the quality process as per the original request. You test your solutions with internal customers (management, sales, finance, HR) as well as external customers (suppliers) to validate the paths taken.
With the project manager you lead the change management around the digitization of business processes. They transform employee expectations into concrete achievements.
Your tasks:
- Take an active part in the optimization of business applications
- Analyze processes and suggest improvements to business unit managers
- Participate in the evaluation of existing tools and suggest improvements to optimize processes, quality, organization and user experience
- Prepare test cases, actively participate in testing new features and ensure their proper adoption and handling by operational teams
- Communicate with the different user teams to ensure optimized operation of the tools at the service of the organization
- Participation in the creation of internal and external reports
- Provision of all support necessary for the smooth operation of the IT service (roadmap, budget, etc.)

- Master’s degree in Management, Economics or equivalent
- Experience of at least 2 years in a role as a business analyst / functional analyst or in change management
- Excellent understanding of business processes and a strong affinity for IT
- You have good knowledge of French and English
- You are an excellent communicator and you are a diplomat

- You have an analytical mind and good synthesis skills
- You enjoy working in project mode, in a team and independently
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- You have a structured approach and good planning skills
- You know how to withstand pressure and work under tight deadlines
